Your health and safety are our top priority! We would therefore like to ask all visitors and participants to read the current regulations carefully before their visit.
SCHÖNE STERNE prepared itself for the event in close cooperation with the authorities and developed a detailed hygiene and infection protection concept so that we can enable you to have a safe and carefree visit. With a view to increasing numbers of infections, the Corona Protection Ordinance ("Corona-Schutz-Verordnung") from August 20, with a 7-day incidence of 35 or more, requires all people who are neither fully vaccinated nor recovered to submit a negative rapid antigen test or a negative PCR test not older than 48 hours. This rule applies, among other things, to large outdoor events from 2,500 people such as SCHOENE STERNE.
"3G rule"
In order for you to visit SCHOENE STERNE, a proof of vaccination, recovery or a recognized negative test is required in any case. You can show one of the following three documents as entry authorization:
Vaccinated
Please bring your official vaccination certificate or vaccination certificate with you. The original or digital vaccination certificate must be presented as proof. A copy is not enough. International guests must be able to present a personalized, dated and printed vaccination certificate. In all cases, the complete vaccination certificate must be older than 14 days.
Recovered
If you have already suffered from Covid-19, please bring your positive PCR test result or official evidence that was at least 28 days ago and is not older than 6 months. If your positive test result was more than 6 months ago, you must present a current test result.
Alternatively, evidence can also be provided via a positive PCR test result or official evidence in combination with a single vaccination. The original vaccination certificate must also be presented here. A copy is not enough. The vaccination certificate must be older than 14 days.
Tested
Please show your officially recognized, negative corona test result (PCR or rapid test (so-called citizen test)), which must be a maximum of 48 hours old on your arrival. A negative test result is required from the age of 6 years. Please note: Self-tests that you have brought with you cannot be accepted. We can only recognize tests from an official test center.
The controls take place in the queues in front of the entrances / gates. Please remember to bring all the evidence with you and keep it to hand. A visit to SCHOENE STERNE is not possible without showing this evidence.
In order to be able to attend our event, a comparison with your photo ID is required. These include identity cards or passports. Children under the age of 16 can also show a health card or a student ID. Identification is required for all children aged 6 and over.
Test opportunities for guests
For each day of the visit, those who have not been vaccinated or who have not recovered must show a negative test result, which must not be older than 48 hours on arrival. In front of the visitor entrance gate 4 is a walk-in test center with high capacities that you are welcome to use. This quick test is free of charge for visitors residing in Germany. To all international guests: If you arrive from abroad and take advantage of our test offer on site, this is only possible for a fee.
In the Ennepe-Ruhr district, to which the city of Hattigen belongs, there is still a comprehensive offer for citizens who want to be tested for Corona free of charge. The district administration provides a compact overview of all test sites here.
Positive test on site
If you test positive for the coronavirus in a rapid test in the local test center, you and your companions must leave the premises immediately, go into quarantine and contact your local health department.
In this case, your tickets will be canceled by us free of charge for the date you have booked and will continue to be valid. Please contact event@e-mags-media.de , including proof of your positive test result.
Hygiene and safety regulations
Please be considerate of each other and pay attention to the safety and hygiene regulations that apply to SCHOENE STERNE until further notice, so that you and other guests can enjoy a carefree day.
At SCHOENE STERNE, it is mandatory to wear a face mask. Medical masks (e.g. surgical mask, FFP2 & 3 mask or mask of comparable certification) are required for this. The mask requirement applies to all guests from 6 years of age without exception.
Because of the obligation to wear a mouth-nose protection, even visitors with a medical certificate cannot be exempted from this regulation. A visit to SCHOENE STERNE without a medical mask is in no case possible for the protection of all guests.
Please adhere to the generally established distance regulation of at least 1.50 meters to other guests in addition and proactively. The grounds are large and spacious, which means that there is enough space for all guests to keep the required minimum distance. There is an obvious personal responsibility that we encourage you to strictly adhere to. Floor markings also help you with orientation and keeping your distance.
Please wash your hands frequently and thoroughly. There are numerous facilities available to you. Hand disinfectants are provided at the entrances and refreshment stands, among other places. However, we also recommend that you bring your own disinfection and hygiene products with you.
If you feel uncomfortable with symptoms that are compatible with Covid-19 during your visit, please avoid contact with other guests and seek medical help. Please wear your medical mouth and nose protection under all circumstances.
In all cases, please respect the instructions of the staff and follow all written and verbal warnings. Guests who do not adhere to these rules can be expelled from the site without a refund of the entrance fee. Here we make use of our house rules for the safety of all guests if necessary.
Contact tracking
Contact tracking is no longer provided. (Update August 23rd)
Mask requirement
Regardless of incidence values and for all persons, there is still the obligation to wear a medical mask in local public transport, in retail, in indoor spaces with the public, in queues and at sales stands as well as at large outdoor events (except on seat).
gastronomy
In order to shorten the waiting times in front of our gastronomic offers and to optimize the operational processes, we would like to ask you that only one person per family stands in line to receive food and drinks. Further information can be found on our signs on site.
Please note: Our measures can be further adapted or supplemented should the official requirements require this and change
